Concluding regular social welfare programmes everyday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm in the North-West region of Delhi with the special emphasis on adolescent girls & women.

Running counseling centres to develop behavioural and cognitive skills among needy clients. More than 2000 people attend these counseling programmes per annum. These centres provide the clients various alternatives to come out with the crisis situation.

Running a Career development and Vocational training Centre for girls and women of age group of 15 years and above to motivate, train and empower them.

Organizing awareness campaigns on various subjects regularly, wich includes population control, consumer awareness, health & education project etc.

Providing opportunities of elementary education and primary health facilities to the poorest of the poor living in slums in Delhi.

Various Training Programmes for trainers, social educators and social workers.

Runs a crisis invention centre where abused children and raped females are given counseling and other supportive service.

Worked as counselor in the Family Life Counseling Centre and Drug de-addiction Centre in Association for Social Health in India affiliated to the International Abolitionist Federation in 1987-88.

Worked as a Child development Project officer (a class 2nd Gazetted Officer) under the Social Welfare Department ICDC, Haryana. Incharge of 70 Anganwaris providing a package of services to the women and children of the area at block level (1986-1987)

Presently National Convener or legal aid for poor and needy women project, in Bharat Vikas Parishad, NGO.

Appeared on DD-1 channel of TV as a specialist to talk on Social Welfare and Social Work frequently.

Metropolitan Magistrate under Juvenile Justice Act, 2000 in Child Welfare Committee (East Delhi) since Nov. 2005 for three years.

Member of P.N.D.T. Committee under Pre-Natal Diagnostic test Act, North West Delhi.

Member of Child Welfare Committee Metropolitan Magistrate (Under J.J. Act, 2000).

Regular visitor as la lecturer in Lok Nayak Jai Prakash National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science, Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs. The programme is meant for higher ranks of Police Officer, Judges and Prison Officers.

Invited by NICFS, NISD, CASP (Plan) and other NGOs as a specialist to talk on wide ranging subjects of social relevance.
