Coordinate all the activities of GRC and SSK.
Plan all the activities of GRC & SSK, delegate responsibilities to the rest of the team members and monitor the activities.
Preparation of monthly action plans with deliverables. Maintain computer based Management information System (MIS).
Attend all meetings called by DRC, MNGO and PMU.
Note: This is in place of the earlier post of GRC Coordinator. With the addition of the SSK, the role of the coordinator is extremely important.
Project Coordinator will be the key person in the new setup all other functionaries will have to report to him. He/she will have to supervise all the work in the GRC & SSK.
The management of the data base providing guidance to staff, attend grievance redressals, attend DRC/GRC meeting and follow up of application will be the responsibility of the Project Coordinator.
For the GRC, the role of the P.C. is already defined and will continue in the same manner. He/she has to supervise all the components on a daily basis. A detailed manual for M/S for SSK shall be given in due course too.
The PC has to attend all regular meeting conducted by DRC/ MNGO and PMU. Only in exceptional cicumstances can this duty be delegates to others.
The P.C. has the responsibility of maintaining all recrods including minutes of meetings and registers. He should also guide the accounts person to maintain proper financial records. |
