Responsibilities
|
Responsible for accepting applications, initial scrutiny of documents and check for support papers.
Counselling community regarding Govt. schemes.
Note: Since this is the first interface with the community, the person has to be polite to the people coming to the kendra. He/She should assist the beneficiaries in completing the forms. |
Qualifications & Experience: |
Graduate 1-2 years experience in community development work. |

Responsibilities
|
Responsible for working with community to spread of the Govt. schemes.
Verification of the applicant information.
Support counselor in managing the help desk.
Note: will work in community to spread awareness of the govt. schemes undertake verifications of the applicant information, support counselor with public dealings as and when required. He/she will report to the Project Officer. |
Qualifications & Experience: |
12th pass, preferably gradiate graduate.
Should belong to the community where GRCs works. |

Position: SHG Outreach Worker
|
Salary: Rs. 4,500 pm |
Responsibilities
|
Create awareness about concept of thrift and credit operations.
Explain concept of Self Help Groups (SHG) to target families.
Form SHGs among the target families. This would involve forming groups, attending regular meetings with them, introduce to accounting systems, help them maintaining accounts, help in starting bank accounts etc.
Assist mature SHGs for bank linkages.
Note: It should be ensured that no money of the SHG groups is deposited with the worker. It has deposited in the bank. |
Qualifications & Experience: |
12th pass, preferably graduate
Should belong from the community where GRCs works. |
