Position: Vocational Training Instructors

Salary: Rs. 4,000 pm

Responsibilities

Responsible for functioning of all courses.

Guide and supervise the participants of the course.

Conduct tests to find learning levels of participants.

Manage the stocks of various materials.

Undertake community visits to mobilize women to join various courses.

Work on placements/ marketing linkages.

Note: The instructor is responsible for smooth functioning of the course, guide and supervise the beneficiaries attending the courses, Periodically conduct tests, be responsible foe the material in stock, report t the project coordinator of the progress/ short comings, and also the success of the placements/ marketing linkages.

Undertake community visits to mobilize and encourage women to join skill training classes. He/she has to attend all meetings called by the Project Coordinator.

Qualifications & Experience:

Should be certified trainer from recognized institutes.

It has been found that many trainers do not meet the qualification. In such cases, examinations within 2 months.

Conducting NFE classes as per syllabus.
